



Owner, Mary-Anne Charles, has been delivering fresh seafood to homes, restaurants, and catering companies for the last four years. Through word-of-mouth awareness the company has grown and expanded to farmer markets.

Mary-Anne loves to cook and creates most of the recipes that come with each order. “To earn the title of “Recipe of the Week” my family and friends have to try it first and give it a resounding thumbs up,” she says. “My partner, Chuck Harper, is a commercial fisherman and he is very particular about seafood – it has to be fresh for the best taste.”
