  Healthy Baked Halibut

 

 

Ingredients:

4- 6 ounce halibut fillets- skin-off

Lemon pepper or salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup chicken or vegetable stock

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 large garlic cloves- finely chopped

2 tbsp. capers

2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

 

 

Method:

Preaheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Season the fillets

with salt and lemon pepper on both sides. Place the fish in a baking dish just large enough to hold the fillets. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish. Cover, and bake until done. (About 10-15 minutes) Do not over cook. Serve at once, pouring the pan juices over the fish. Enjoy!
