




Ingredients:
4- portions “ Fresh Off The Boat “- skin off Halibut Fillets
1 cup sour cream
½ package onion soup mix
½ cup fine bread crumbs
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ cup sliced red, yellow and green peppers
Method:
Mix sour cream and onion soup mix together. Roll halibut fillets in this mixture to coat on both sides. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and sprinkle generous amount on both sides of the fish. Place fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet and arrange peppers on top. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish. Do not over cook! Serves 4!
