Easy Bake Smoked Black- Cod

Ingredients:

1. “Fresh Off The Boat” Smoked Black-Cod Fillet

2. Baking Sheet

Method:

Defrost Black-Cod (Sablefish) Fillet. Place fillet on baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. It is not necessary to add anything else. If you like, the Black-Cod can be poached in whole milk with sprigs of fresh Thyme added to the milk. Poaching fish in broth or water for 15-20 minutes also works well. Fish can also be cooked on the barbeque. Poaching smoked fillet is recommended for a less salty taste.
