Easy Pan-fried Halibut Cheeks


Ingredients:

One pound halibut cheeks

3-4 tbsp. butter

½ cup flour- for dredging cheeks

3-4 cloves garlic- chopped finely

Salt and pepper to taste

One fresh lemon


Method:
Put flour in a bag and gently toss halibut cheeks to coat. On medium high heat, panfry cheeks in butter and garlic until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Cook  3-4 minutes or until done. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over all just before serving. Very tasty! Enjoy! 3-4 servings.
