                                         Easy Bake Lemon Dill Halibut 

Ingredients:                  

                        Juice from one fresh Lemon

                        2 – “Fresh Off The Boat Halibut Fillets

                        2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise ( Lt. mayo works also)

                        2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

                        Fresh or dried dill (to taste)

                        Hys seasoning salt – or salt and pepper ( to taste)

Method:

Place halibut fillets on a platter and squeeze fresh lemon juice over both fillets.  Let sit for 30 minutes (covered and refrigerated)

Combine Mayonnaise, onion and dill together in a small bowl.  Remove fish from the lemon juice and place on a baking sheet. Spread Mayonnaise mixture evenly over each fillet.  Sprinkle seasoning salt over fish if desired. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 6-8 minutes or until done. Do not over cook! Serves two. Recipe can be easily adjusted for more or less servings. Thanks Laureen for the great recipe!
