




Parmesan /Almond Crusted Ling-Cod
Ingredients:
2 Fresh Off The Boat Ling-Cod Fillets
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup finely ground almonds
Salt and pepper or no msg Hys seasoning salt to taste
Method:
Coat both sides of the Ling-Cod Fillets in the melted butter. Mix the parmesan and ground almonds together and press mixture into both sides of fish to make a crust. Spoon any left over melted butter on top. Season to taste. Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 8- 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. Do not overcook. This recipe can easily be adjusted for more or less servings. Enjoy! Serves 2-3

Ground almonds can be found at many large chain grocery stores or grind your own at home in your blender.
