No Fuss Garlic Plus Prawns


Ingredients:

1 pound B.C. Spot Prawns or Side-Stripe Shrimp

¼ cup butter

4 cloves garlic- finely chopped

¾ tsp.  Clubhouse Garlic Plus seasoning*

Zest of one fresh lemon

½ fresh lemon

Sea salt to taste


Method:

Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium high heat.Add prawns, garlic and seasoning.  Stir fry quickly, until prawns turn pink (2-3 mins) add salt to taste and juice of half fresh lemon & lemon zest.    Enjoy! Do not over cook. Serves two!  *Garlic Plus seasoning can be found in any local super market.

Serves 2-4 Persons
