Easy Pan Fried Rock-Fish Fillets 
 

Ingredients:

2 portions“Fresh Off The Boat” Snapper or Ling-Cod Fillets

1 Tbsp. each Butter and vegetable oil

Salt and pepper or Hys seasoning salt to taste

Sprinkle of fresh or dried Dill Weed- (optional)

Fresh lemon juice to taste

         

Method:Season fish fillets with salt, pepper and dill on both sides. On medium high heat, panfry fish fillets in butter and oil until golden brown. 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness of fish. Remove from pan and squeeze fresh lemon juice over fillets just before serving.  Recipe can be easily adapted for more servings.  Enjoy! Serves 2 persons.
