Rosemary Shrimp

One pound large side-stripe shrimp

¼ cup olive oil

½ tbsp. dried rosemary (crushed)

2 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)

Juice of one lemon

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

4 drops of Tabasco Sauce -(to taste)

½ tsp.salt

¼ tsp. white  pepper

Method:

Cut shrimp down the back with small scissors (to allow for an easy peel and eat) Combine all ingredients and toss together gently. Marinade in the refrigerator for up to one hour.  On  medium high heat; sauté  shrimp in a tablespoon  butter. Add any left over marinade to fry pan.  Total cooking time- 2-3 minutes.  Do not overcook! Serves 3-4 Enjoy!
