Red Snapper Greek Style

 

 

Ingredients:

2 portions “Fresh Off The Boat” Rough-Eye Red Snapper

All purpose Greek Seasoning ( Cavendar’s Salt Free)

Salt and pepper to taste

Panko Flakes or Fine Bread Crumbs

                           

                            

Method:

Defrost Snapper Fillets. Sprinkle both sides of the Fish with the All purpose Greek Seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Place Panko Flakes in a plastic bag and add Snapper Fillets to bag and shake to coat the fish evenly. Pan-Fry over medium- high heat in a little vegetable oil and butter for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. This dish can also be baked in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until opaque. Optional- top fillets with a few dots of butter to ensure a nice browning.  Do not over cook!  Serve with Tzatziki, Wasabi Mayonnaise, Tartar Sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. A quick, easy and delicious recipe to make. Enjoy! Serves 2-3 persons.
