Takako Sablefish/Halibut   
 

Ingredients:

2-3 portions “Fresh Off The Boat” Sablefish or Halibut Fillet

                         

*2 tbsp. White Miso paste

                          

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

                          

1 tbsp. Sugar

                          

1 tsp. Soy Sauce

                          

ΒΌ tsp. Dried Mustard 

Method:

Combine miso, mayonnaise, sugar, soy sauce and mustard in a small bowl. Rinse fillets with cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Place fish on a baking sheet and spread miso mixture over top of each fillet. Bake in a 375-400 degree preheated oven for 10- 15 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Do not overcook!  This recipe is easily adaptable for more or less servings. Thank-you so much Takako for this wonderful recipe. Delicious! Serves 2-3! Enjoy!
