Method: cut shrimp down the back with small scissors ( to allow for an easy peel and eat)
To prepare shrimp; defrost, rinse and drain well on paper towel. In a large frying pan, sauté garlic, chili pepper, and green onions in the butter for one minute. Add shrimp (shell on), Hys (to taste), and fresh parsley. Sauté for one minute more. Add tequila to the pan and carefully ignite with a match or barbeque lighter. This will burn off any excess alcohol. Quickly remove from heat and squeeze the fresh lime over all. Serve immediately. The whole cooking time of this dish should only take two to three minutes. Do not overcook. Serves four. Enjoy!
